Moving the Start Bar to the Left (Windows 11)

🖥️ Step 1: Open Taskbar Settings

Right-click on an empty space on the taskbar
Select Taskbar settings from the menu
(Alternatively: Start Menu → Settings → Personalisation → Taskbar)

⚙️ Step 2: Change Taskbar Alignment

In the Taskbar settings window, scroll down and click Taskbar behaviours
Find Taskbar alignment
Click the dropdown and change from Centre to Left

✅ Step 3: Confirm the Change

Once selected, your Start button and taskbar icons will immediately move to the left-hand side, similar to Windows 10.

🔁 Tips

You can return to the centre layout at any time by repeating the steps above
Taskbar alignment is purely cosmetic—it does not affect functionality
Customise further under Personalisation > Start to hide/show recommended items
